Who is responsible

What we collect and why
- Visitors. We count visits with our own statistics, which set no cookies and do not store IP addresses – only daily totals (pages viewed, links clicked, device type and approximate country from the browser’s time zone). - Advertisers – account and ads. Username, email address and everything you publish in your ad (text, photos, contact details, city). We use them to run the service, publish your ad and contact you about it (legal basis: contract).
- Advertisers – verification video. The short video you record for each ad (it shows your face and therefore your facial features), the code and time, your device and browser type, and a coded (hashed) form of your IP address. We use them only to confirm that the person in the ad is real and an adult advertising themselves, and to prevent abuse (legal basis: your explicit consent, given before recording). You can withdraw your consent at any time, but then we cannot publish the ad. Only the administrator sees the video; it is never published or shared.
- Reports. The content of a report and, if you give it, your email address, to handle the report and tell you our decision (legal basis: legal obligation and our legitimate interest in keeping the website safe).
- Emails. The messages we send you and your replies.
How long we keep data
- Verification videos are deleted after review. If a verification is not approved, the video is deleted after 30 days. A video is kept longer only if there is a suspicion of a minor or of coercion, for as long as needed to deal with it or to comply with the law.
- Ads and account data are kept while the account exists and are deleted when the account is deleted, unless the law requires us to keep something longer.
- Visit statistics are kept as daily totals for up to 13 months.
Who receives data
We do not sell personal data. Data is processed by the providers that host the website and send emails for us, under agreements that protect it, and by Google if you accept analytics. We may disclose data to authorities when the law requires it or to protect someone in danger. If a provider processes data outside your country, appropriate safeguards are used.
Cookies
Necessary cookies and browser storage remember your age confirmation, your cookie choice and your login. Analytics cookies are set only if you accept them in the cookie banner; you can change your choice at any time through the cookie settings link.
Your rights
You can ask for access to your data, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, data portability, object to processing and withdraw your consent at any time – write to Contact us. Minors
The website is not intended for anyone under 18. If we learn that data of a minor has been submitted, we delete it and remove the related content.
